So my geo filter wouldn’t load up. So I pressed reboot. After doing so waiting for the Duma to reboot. The web page said I wasn’t authorized or on a secure network. So once the duma loaded up I thought it would work but the page still won’t let me access it. I put in the username and passcode that is on the bottom of the Netduma. Please help if anyone can. I just got the netduma a few days ago and already having issues.

Welcome to the forum!

How are you connected to the R2? Via wired or wireless?

How are you accessing the interface, via 192.168.77.1 or via https://dumaos/?

Wired to laptop and thru http dumaos. Should I try to enter the IP address?

When you say you pressed reboot - what do you mean exactly - from the interface or the RES button in the back? If the button how long did you hold it for?

If the router hasn't reset then it will be the username/password that you initially setup in the Setup Wizard.

If you don't remember setting it up then the username is admin and the password may just be blank. Try that but otherwise hold the reset button on the router for 30 seconds, release then wait 2 minutes and try to access again. Then use admin/password.

Fraser I did what you said. After resetting I was able to do the setup again and I’m back on line. I also realized that it was not the equipment but my own error. I did not save the right username which caused the invalid sign. Thank you for your help and quick reply’s.
