Granada618 Posted March 1, 2021 Posted March 1, 2021 So my geo filter wouldn’t load up. So I pressed reboot. After doing so waiting for the Duma to reboot. The web page said I wasn’t authorized or on a secure network. So once the duma loaded up I thought it would work but the page still won’t let me access it. I put in the username and passcode that is on the bottom of the Netduma. Please help if anyone can. I just got the netduma a few days ago and already having issues.
Netduma Liam Posted March 1, 2021 Posted March 1, 2021 Welcome to the forum! How are you connected to the R2? Via wired or wireless? How are you accessing the interface, via 192.168.77.1 or via https://dumaos/?
Granada618 Posted March 1, 2021 Author Posted March 1, 2021 Via wired to the laptop and via http dumaos.

Granada618 Posted March 2, 2021 Author Posted March 2, 2021 Still not working and still having trouble getting help from support. Smh
Netduma Liam Posted March 2, 2021 Posted March 2, 2021 Apologies for the delay in my response! What credentials are you using to access the interface, it should just be admin/password by default!
Granada618 Posted March 2, 2021 Author Posted March 2, 2021 Yes I did that and nothing happens. The screen just pops back up. It says admin and password on the bottom of my netduma.
Administrators Netduma Fraser Posted March 2, 2021 Administrators Posted March 2, 2021 When you say you pressed reboot - what do you mean exactly - from the interface or the RES button in the back? If the button how long did you hold it for? If the router hasn't reset then it will be the username/password that you initially setup in the Setup Wizard.
Granada618 Posted March 2, 2021 Author Posted March 2, 2021 I clicked on reboot in the os screen. What if I don’t remember setting up a username or password. Should I just reset everything or what? Why is it so hard to get back to this screen?
Administrators Netduma Fraser Posted March 2, 2021 Administrators Posted March 2, 2021 If you don't remember setting it up then the username is admin and the password may just be blank. Try that but otherwise hold the reset button on the router for 30 seconds, release then wait 2 minutes and try to access again. Then use admin/password.
Granada618 Posted March 2, 2021 Author Posted March 2, 2021 Ok. I will try that. I’ll update tomorrow as I am at work now. Thanks for the continued tech support. I really appreciate it
Granada618 Posted March 3, 2021 Author Posted March 3, 2021 Fraser I did what you said. After resetting I was able to do the setup again and I’m back on line. I also realized that it was not the equipment but my own error. I did not save the right username which caused the invalid sign. Thank you for your help and quick reply’s.
