If it fluctuates a lot and by quite a high amount then because your speeds are generally good I'd suggest inputting the average and working from there. Also, when i do a test on DSL reports my speeds are pinging all over the place. 1 minute i'll get a A next ill get a B Then my speeds get cut in half Am i doing something wrong?
