Port Forwarding for COD

Hi,

I would like to ask if I want to experiment with port forwarding, do I need to restart my router after I made some changes and also restart the console? At the moment I have upnp on, no DMZ, open nat, the QOS is on, the congestion control is set to "never", the sliders are at max. At home when I play I´m the only on on the internet, maybe +1 person on facebook.

if you do not have any issue, you should keep it like this, but if you want to do some test, you can do port forward.  I recommand to restart console and router after you do some change.

also I recommand to you to disable UPNP if you do Port forward because you can cause some port conflit

You don't need to restart the router after making any port forwarding changes but if you have an open NAT already I would suggest leaving it as is. If you do make these changes then I suggest restarting the console if it is on at the time.
