Apologies for the delay, I ended up moving between now and the previous post and changed ISP's i just tried to update the firmware on my R2, but im using my own Arris Surfboard modem connected to the R2 now so the config changed my PC is hardwired to the NetDuma, is there anything else i need to change for them to investigate further

Make sure remote support is still enabled, disable IPv6 in WAN and LAN and we'll try to access again to apply a fix.

Are you connected to the router via a wired connection now? To be clear, you are unable to access the interface via 192.168.77.1, or /dumaos/? What error are you receiving in browser? Is it timing out or is it failing to authenticate? Since you've reset the router, the login credentials will have gone back to the default on the bottom of the router. This site can’t be reached 192.168.77.1 took too long to respond.

Can any devices access it, such as those connecting via WiFi?

Administrators Netduma Fraser Posted December 14, 2020 Administrators Share Posted December 14, 2020 Have you changed the LAN IP of the R2 at all? What is the IP you use to access the modem exactly? I'll ask if they can but I think it may have to be tomorrow.

I changed ISP's on 11/23/20 and since then have only factory reset the R2 on 12/14/20. i tried to update the firmware yesterday and received the incorrect signature issue again. I made sure that IPv6 is off for both WAN and LAN and remote support is allowed. I have no idea what caused the issue which triggered the need for the factory reset. If I plug into the modem directly i have internet. This is the second time this has happened and I don’t want to factory reset before we address it. Is it possible the devs tried to upgrade the firmware and it isn’t working? Do I need a new R2?? zero settings have changed since last night around 2am when it was working fine. 10:40am today it went out.

Administrators Netduma Fraser Posted December 17, 2020 Administrators Share Posted December 17, 2020 They weren't able to access you so I think the best bet would be to get you a replacement. Please email [email protected] with a link to this topic and your order number and say we recommend that. You should then be able to upgrade on the new router. I just received my new R2 today and upgraded it immediately without any issues. @Netduma LiamThank you for the extremely fast shipping and replacement R2. Would you like me to send back the malfunctioning R2 so your team can inspect what went wrong? I have the original box it was shipped in and can drop that off to a carrier if you send me a label. Overall, thanks for all the help, looking forward to seeing your company and the RAPP features expand!

Reboot the router and then immediately try to upgrade please. im having this exact issue as well fraser, im on the netduma r1 on version 207 my geo filter wouldnt work after i rebooted my router, so i factory reset the router, still had the same issue, geo filter uncaught undefined, i tried to redownload the firmware but my router keeps saying the file is invalid. my pc i usually use tanked on me so i bought this laptop hoping i wouldnt have this issue and i still do. anyway i can get a dev to upgrade my router? im not really upgrading it im just redownloading the firmware to fix my geo filter from not working, i have been emailing netduma (liam has been responding and asked me to redownload firmware and i will be fine) i am at a lost now! i have no geo filter the software wont load and keeps getting error codes to contact you guys, as well as not being able to upgrade my router due to an invalid signature, rapps on 5 instead of 3, ive done everything that usually would resolve this issue, but i believe its time to pass this one onto the big boys...
