how do i remove the double nat issue on the r2?

The best way is to put your ISP router into Bridge Mode, but if this is not possible, the next best solution is using DMZ.

To do this, open DumaOS, go to the System Information page and write down your WAN IP.

Now open the web interface for your ISP router, and look for a DMZ option. You need to put the WAN IP you just wrote down into the DMZ.

Also, make sure that UPnP is turned on in DumaOS.

router is in bridge mode, however access the comcast rental router/modem. dmz is disabled.

Will need more information, what is the exact physical setup? How did they enable the bridge mode? What settings are they using on the R2 to try and get an open NAT?
