Mubarak
Does my phone need to be connected to the R2 all day ? Or it doesn’t matter ?
Administrators Netduma Fraser Posted October 26, 2020 Administrators Share Posted October 26, 2020 Okay great thanks, no that doesn't need to be connected. As long as the R2 is connected to the main network, has internet access and is accessible then that is all that is needed.
Administrators Netduma Fraser Posted October 26, 2020 Administrators Share Posted October 26, 2020 Couldn't access you, I tried to ping you and I couldn't do that, have you got an option enabled somewhere to block pings?

Administrators Netduma Fraser Posted October 28, 2020 Administrators Share Posted October 28, 2020 Could you email [email protected] with a link to this topic and your order number please. Let them know I recommend to get you a replacement as we have tried many times to access you but have been unable to and to collect your router so we can take a look in house.
