Hi,

Cant access my router so I tried to hard reset dumaOS (R1) with no luck. The reset button is not responding and all lights are flashing green. Anything to be done?

If you open command prompt when you're connected via ethernet and type ipconfig and press enter could you post the results here please? How long did you hold the reset button for? You should hold it for 30 seconds and then let go, it should beep after that to indicate it has worked.

Is that the readout from what I asked previously as it doesn't look right, could you provide a screenshot of the result please? Also what do you see when you're unable to access the interface.

Sorry, don't have any PCs in the house anymore, so thats the readout what comes out of mac. And as I mentioned I cannot get in the router - at all - even wired, so there is no interface to see when trying to access. All I get, is every light flashing on that router when power on.

Hi, can you speed things up a bit, please? They got back a week ago but no word since. Just want to know ii there's anything to be done or did it just turn into a brick? Thanks.

I have exactly the same issues. The lights are on maximum disco/wifi not showing up and the reset button is not responding. Is this a hardware or software defect?

Are you able to access the interface at all via a wired PC?

Have you changed any internet settings on your MAC? When did the issue start?

I haven't changed anything. The issues started 2 months ago but somehow after some tweaking of the power cord the R1 worked normally up to yesterday. Maybe something inside the power cord broke or I don't know. I'll get a new power adapter on Friday then I will report again.

If tweaking the power cord helped, what did you do to make it work?

The end of the powercord was overbend so I had to bend it at a certain angle that it functioned.

If it doesn't get the correct power then weird issues could occur so good idea, let us know!

That's it! I managed to take wrong powercord in use. Totally forgot that I changed a broken switch at the same time and these two powercords got mixed up. So all this hassle was my bad! Luckily didn't throw it away. All working nicely now and a lesson learned. :)  Thanks guys!
