Doughboy Posted September 18, 2019 Share Posted September 18, 2019 Hi I have a question: how do u reset the router back to before the last update because since I’ve had it I got these errors on my geofilter screen and random errors at different screens. In the firmware updates section of settings, there is an automatic updates option, and if you press I Disagree and press save, your system will remain on the version it's currently on. You can download whichever old version you want from here (if you're on an XR500): https://www.netgear.com/support/product/XR500.aspx When you go through the setup procedure, make sure that you refuse any updates that it finds automatically!
