You won't appear on the map because you don't connect to yourself, you'll only see other players/servers.

quick question when I block a server deny it ...it always puts me back in though ive pressed to deny it....fortnite servers r garbage they never hardly put me in London servers

Between blocking servers, you will need to restart the game.

Sometimes there are many servers located within the same building, so what will appear as one server may in fact me many in the same place.

Blocking every server inside that building would be impractical, so what i'd recommend is putting your radius around London (wherever on the map you know the servers are) so that you don't connect to anywhere else.
