What I would do is like three factory hard resets to the router back to back..  Hold the reset pin/button on the back of the router for a good thirty seconds. Let the router fully boot up and do it again..  Its not the ideal situation and can understand the frustration. If that doesn't seem to do anything Im sure the Netduma staff will assist you further.. Btw don't forget to clear your browser cache before doing this. And on the final reboot it probably wouldn't hurt either.. Good luck!

Zippy.

Could you downgrade the firmware back to this version: https://kb.netgear.com/000060213/XR700-Firmware-Version-1-0-0-20

Then check if the Map is appearing. If it is, please then upgrade to the latest version: https://kb.netgear.com/000060660/XR700-Firmware-Version-1-0-1-10

If that doesn't work, do you have any Anti-Virus software running? Try temporarily disabling it to see if that's the cause. If it is, then you'll need to whitelist routerlogin.net in that software to prevent it from blocking that page.
