Help please

Good morning everyone! Please help me with this. I am not an internet guru. I tried all the things I know of - reset the router, disconnect then reconnect, and checked the wiring. 

When I log onto the router, the normal page (QOS) pops up for a few seconds then I get this message. Please help! :)

I assume you are accessing via routerlogin.net is that correct? Does the same happen if you connect via the router IP?

Sorry for the delay @Netduma Fraser, I got caught up on the grill this weekend, but thanks for responding. 

I believe its "routerlogin.net". I bookmarked the site on my laptop when I bought the xr500. Am I suppose to use the router's IP instead? I can try it when I get home.
