Nalsano_ Posted May 28, 2019 Posted May 28, 2019 Oui mais tu ne peux pas te branché directement sur ton ont à moins d'avoir les authentification dhcp dans le xr500 ce qui a mon avis n'est pas possible il faut que tu passe obligatoirement par ton ont + modem fai et non faire un test pingplotter directement sur ton modem pour voir si tu a autant de perte en gros enlevé le xr500 ou le r1 et faire un test comme si tu n'avais pas de routeur pour voir la qualité de ta ligne

Administrators Netduma Alex Posted May 28, 2019 Administrators Posted May 28, 2019 Just to confirm, is it the drop-outs you're worried about or the unstable ping? There was a hotfix firmware that could fix dropouts, I can send it to you if this is your issue.

Karma Posted May 29, 2019 Posted May 29, 2019 Bonjour, Ton problème viens certainement de ton FAI si ta des drops ou pertes de paquets c'est pas le R1 ou le XR500 qui pourra y faire quelques chose. Sur ton image les barres rouge c'est des pertes de paquets c'est sa ton problème ? Si oui appel ton FAI qu'ils puisse te régler ton problème. Petite question c'est quoi le DHCP 60 et sa sert à quoi ?
