Unfortunately I received a damaged R1, is there a way I can return or have the router replaced?

Hi and welcome to the forum.

what is the nature of the defect/damage? Also, where did you purchase the R1 from?

The router had a cracked casing and what appeared to be a piece of the circuit board loose in the box. The wireless systems and connectivity will not work at all and it will not connect devices through the wired connection as well.

Really sorry to hear that, that must have happened during shipping as we check each router sent out personally. Could you include a photo of the damage please and also email [email protected] with your order number to request a replacement. Also include a link to this topic please.

I have sent the email with the order number and the link attached. Thank you for all the help. I can't wait to have this replaced and be able to use the R1 :)

Just to say apologies again for this occurrence - we'll email you very shortly about arranging a replacement.
