You guys havent update the mislocated servers yet for pubg?

Okay just asking ....hate getting 90 too 100 ping all the time!!

Is that because we’re showing a server within your radius when it’s actially not? Which PUBG region are you on (Europe, Asia, N America etc)?

I'm on america california!! And the server that I'm getting is far in the eastcoast.....I think north carolina!!

Hmm, where abouts are you located? When you ping that server, what distance does it say you are from the host (and also what's the ID for it)?

It's always worth making sure nothing else is happening before it's added to the cloud.

That doesn't appear to be mis located based on your location/distance to server. You need to reduce your radius to only cover the West Coast

If I reduce it ...I wont able to connect to a server a server that's the only one in the east coast!!

They used to have 2 on the East Coast and one on the West. If they've changed it to have less servers then that's not anything we can control and that's down to the game itself

Really? Ever since I got this game I've connected to the west coast all the time!! Is the 2 servers on the east coast on your cloud because it never shows on my radar!!

From what I remember I may be wrong. Yes it should be. Play using spectating mode, ping the server you get and see if you get a lower ping regardless of the distance

Okay I'll try that tomorrow!! Working right now!! And I do play in spectating mode all the time ...  east coast is the only server I get regardless of the time I play during the day or night!! How many servers you guys have in America region according to your data??

Okay then sounds like thats the only server they have now in the US which is strange!

Hey yesterday I was playing pubg and notice a server in cali rather than the one in the east coast! I was playing War game in pubg and I got connected to it! For reason when I play solo I only get one server ? Is this them or is it my router acting up?

That's likely to be them as they're making changes to their servers, I would imagine this would include adding more server locations within a region. Makes sense they would test these on a custom event like War Game.

If you see it again try and get the server ID and we can always check for you.
