When you ping that server, what distance does it say you are from the host (and also what's the ID for it)? It's always worth making sure nothing else is happening before it's added to the cloud. I was playing War game in pubg and I got connected to it! For reason when I play solo I only get one server ? Is this them or is it my router acting up? Makes sense they would test these on a custom event like War Game. If you see it again try and get the server ID and we can always check for you.
