Netduma R1 losing connectivity after a few hours

ive been having problems latly with my R1 is has been losing connectivity to the internet after a few hours and now i cant even use it, before i would just unplug it for 30 sec and plug it back in and it would work now it wont even connect. HELP!

Ive even tried factory resetting it

The first thing to check is if it could be your internet going down. How have you been able to verify it’s the router?

One way to do this is to connect to your modem when it is down and see if you have internet through that. 

If it’s the router, are you losing signal on both wired and WiFi?

Yes I have tried it when it's down nd my ISP router is still working, the netduma is losing wifi nd enternet connection

i check my wifi and Ethernet when the duma is down and they work

try to connect your router to the R1 with a different Ethernet cable, it is rare that it was that, but it rules out another way of problem.
