Administrators Netduma Admin Posted September 8, 2018 Administrators Posted September 8, 2018 The first thing to check is if it could be your internet going down. How have you been able to verify it’s the router? One way to do this is to connect to your modem when it is down and see if you have internet through that. If it’s the router, are you losing signal on both wired and WiFi?

titofuenla Posted September 9, 2018 Posted September 9, 2018 try to connect your router to the R1 with a different Ethernet cable, it is rare that it was that, but it rules out another way of problem.
Administrators Netduma Fraser Posted September 9, 2018 Administrators Posted September 9, 2018 Give the R1 a static IP on the ISP Hub and put it in the DMZ. Reboot the R1 from the R1's miscellaneous settings.
