Thanks for the Information, I will give them an email, In the mean time I will wait for the Netduma support team to shed some light of this, If the reset button worked we woulden't have to mess around like this  :(

Thanks.

How long did you press the reset button? Should be held in for 15 seconds...After the reset, did you get an IP address from the router at 192.168.88.1? Then navigate to that same IP address in a web browser?

Go into the geo filter place your home icon directly over the router's location. Set your radius to around 600miles Set your CC sliders to 70/70. That should get the 15seconds lag on the reset switch to a more manageable figure. Netduma R1 ...lag muncher.

(Sorry couldn't resist

There is a known issue with the brand of Mikrotik routers we use regarding the factory reset buttons. It's one of the things we're working on for when we launch DumaOS on the R1; hopefully it will be a thing of the past at that time.

If you email [email protected] and notify us with a link to this thread we'll get your router replaced for you as you are within your warranty. Thanks :)

The problem itself is not from the router button, the promebla arises when it is updated to version 1.03.6 J.

The restart button worked perfectly for me, but once I updated that version I stopped doing it.

If there was a way to go back to one of the previous versions of 1.03.6, it would have a solution, the problem is that today you can only download version J.
Could you put a link with a different version to download jack? I'm sure it would be solved.

Yeh J has caused this issue with select routers, though unfortunately downgrading from J is extremely risky and would likely brick the router completely. That's why we removed those links.

Again, I'm waiting on DumaOS so that this issue can disappear. It'll sure make thing a lot simpler to solve :D
