Can someone tell me in the ps4 in the menu ( Set up internet connection) what are the values i have to put?

-Ip adress

-subnet mask

-default gateway

-primary DNS

-secundary DNS

 

I have in cod ww2 many lag in game

You shouldn't need to input those values - if you just click 'Set up Internet Connection' and choose 'LAN Cable' (with the PS4 hardwired to the Netduma) does that give the PS4 Internet Access?

yes.  let it automatically configure it.  You just need to set it up if you are connecting "wirelessly" or via LAN cable.
