I looked on netgear support page and read that you were not supposed to update using the button in the top right hand corner of the interface as Fraser said above. Would have been great to get a message or warning on the interface before. Because I don’t look on netgear support page daily. (1st time i checked the internet..found it.. updated ok..took a minute or so to upload and reboot... 2nd time.. You set the static IP address on your pc.
