Ping plotter help and packet loss

Recommended Posts

Hello recently started using ping plotter but there’s massive packet loss and unsteady ping I’ve got a picture but not sure how to upload

you need to do a pingplotter test WIRED....doing it wirelessly on a mobile or tablet is pointless as you do not get a true reading. It needs to be done on a pc!

If you go wired and still have loss on the first two hops (your network/hardware before packets hit the Internet proper), try a different cable and/or ethernet port. Otherwise as long as there's no packet loss on your modem/router hops and the destination hop, you can ignore the other hops and there are no

issues

That looks like a good connection to me, which is good news as it means you don’t have a line issue. if you’re not already, make sure you’re gaming pc / consoles are wired in.
