Media Reciver 400 does not work with Netduma why?

Recommended Posts

use port forwarding and open ports 1 - 65535 tcp and udp for that device and see if that solves your issue.......before doing that though please make sure you have given your media receiver a static ip address and that you have disabled UPnP.. Please let us know if that solves your issue!

where to set a static ip address

You can set a static IP in Settings > DHCP Lease. Tick 'Reserved' next to your media receiver and then type in the last few numbers you see on its IP address in 'Host Number'. (For instance, if your device had the IP of 192.168.1.100, you would type in '100').

I hope this makes sense, please let us know if you have any questions :)

Was this provided by your ISP by any chance? If so it may be locked to only work when connected to their hub where it can check you have an active subscription, switch it back and see if it works immediately
