Sergejs Kotovs Posted March 9, 2018 Posted March 9, 2018 Media Reciver 400 не работает с Netduma почему?Media Reciver 400 connected via cable five seconds shows then shows a very short and then stops showing I can not watch TV
BIG__DOG Posted March 9, 2018 Posted March 9, 2018 use port forwarding and open ports 1 - 65535 tcp and udp for that device and see if that solves your issue.......before doing that though please make sure you have given your media receiver a static ip address and that you have disabled UPnP.. Please let us know if that solves your issue!

Netduma Staff Netduma Jack Posted March 9, 2018 Netduma Staff Posted March 9, 2018 where to set a static ip address You can set a static IP in Settings > DHCP Lease. Tick 'Reserved' next to your media receiver and then type in the last few numbers you see on its IP address in 'Host Number'. (For instance, if your device had the IP of 192.168.1.100, you would type in '100'). I hope this makes sense, please let us know if you have any questions
