Raven pV
Just got the new router, and when I change my location and other items in the settings everytime I leave the page it resets my location back to the UK from the USA. Also when I change my download and upload speed to what it is it changes it back to 4.5 and 1. How do I change the settings and keep them to what they should be? Netduma Staff Netduma Crossy Posted June 13, 2015 Netduma Staff Share Posted June 13, 2015 It sounds like you could be using internet explorer or another none supported browser. Can you make sure that you are using Chrome. Also, to save other options that that you might find are reverting back go to Settings >> Miscellaneous and enable cookies. Hope that helps

Well IE isn't supported officially by the Netduma so I would recommend using another browser when using it if possible. Certainly for changing the settings you will need to use another browser because nothing will save.
Administrators Netduma Fraser Posted June 13, 2015 Administrators Share Posted June 13, 2015 The router interface works best with Google Chrome, so we recommend it to have the best experience. Please try that to see if it resolves your issue
