lthoma89 Posted February 15, 2018 Posted February 15, 2018 I'm using the R1 with Firefox internet browser and for some reason the congestion control sliders will not load. I am able to browse other tabs but congestion control does not load properly. I can see the slider titles but the bars are absent. How can this issue be resolved?
Zennon Posted February 15, 2018 Posted February 15, 2018 Chrome is the suggested browser, you can use FF and I do with no issues. I would clear your cache in FF settings and reboot the Netduma from misc settings and try again.

Is a factory reset in order? I really want to avoid that given the bazillion devices on my network. Is there any way to backup and restore the settings?
