BF1 servers

Hi nytemare, is this on PC or console? We tested it on console and servers appeared. I imagine there are A LOT more servers on PC though which could be why they're not appearing on the Geo-Filter, are you using the Battlefield service for your PC on the Geo-Filter and have Spectator Mode enabled with the map fully zoomed out?

If you're using the server browser that may be why they are not appearing but if you use the matchmaking searching then they should definitely appear. Make sure your PS4 is actually your console (double check the IP in device manager with the PS4 network settings)

Yes I was using server browser. I double checked the ip address to make sure i was using the ps4. I will try quick match to see if it works

used regular match making and no servers appeared. I will try a cloud flush and reboot router and try again. I will also verify that servers appear on COD. Give me a few moments please.

Okay interesting, I was going to try and reproduce this tomorrow but I only have the game for Xbox. Do you have a PS4 or a PS4 Pro? Will you be able to do a 1 on 1 this week in that case as we won't be able to reproduce it ourselves.

We're going to buy BF1 for the PS4 tomorrow so we'll be able to confirm the issue and do a fix. Just to be sure can you confirm that the IP for the PS4 Pro on the device manager matches the IP on the PS4 Pro Network settings?

Good morning all and sundry! I just wanted to confirm nytemare01’s issue and have noticed similar issues with BF1.

Thanks for your confirmation mosvalve! Only occurs on PS4 for you as well? Could you also double check the device you've added to the Geo-Filter matches the IP in the console network settings please.

We'll have a fix soon!

Hi nytemare & mosvalve, is it working for you now? Having trouble reproducing it, I have rebooted my PS4 so please try that and see if it works.

Any other information you can provide would be really helpful such as was console selected before console/game was booted up? After boot up? etc

I had to download a BF4 update when I went on to test it so that may have fixed it somehow!

Console was selected after boot up. Tried wth spectating mode on and also used the console battlefield profile. Used regular matchmaking and server browser for matches

Thanks for this info. The devs are looking it.

Just a thought before the devs chime in. Could you add the console on the Geo-Filter in spectating mode please with the PS4 completely off. Also disable SIP ALG in Settings > WAN Setup, then boot up the game and have a look at the Geo-Filter please.
