OK, ran it for 24 hours... and I've attached a screenshot. Not sure what I'm looking at?

Any help? Recommendations....

I only ran it less than 10 minutes, and no packet loss to the IP that's in your photo. As it seems like you're having packet loss every 15 minutes. Just to note, I'm currently running my congestion control at 100% download and 70% upload with my sliders. "Turbo" and "Cookies" are only ticked in miscellaneous and I've disabled ipv6 in "LAN" and "WAN". No packet loss to the ip that was pinged using ping plotter in your graph.

Try doing the same for about 5 - 10 minutes with your computer plugged directly into the modem and run the pingplotter test there and see if the packet loss stills happens within' the 15 minute interval that it seems to be in your photo.

Well that was your first mistake, lol.

Okay lets be serious now, do you have the top half of this screen shot were it shows your hops?  That way we could see if you just have a bad hop. Have you tried pinging another IP?  Every once in awhile google.com has issues when pinging it.

Try pinging the second hop in your graph, that should be your CMTS and what your ISP can control.  If you are getting packet loss to your CMTS then you or your ISP have issues.  If they are good, then it something beyond your network provider.

Also what are your modem levels?  If your upstream levels are too low you will have packet loss.

Well it is working better than the Arris SB 6141 I had.

How do I check this? Go to the IP for my modem? and what should the levels be?

I can redo the ping plotter and post later....

This modem has helped out many members of this forum, it is hard for me to believe this was a mistake.

Please give proof that this modem is a bad choice if it is so, thank you.

Lol, (edited zennon is calm) it was a joke. As you can see from my OG post, the next sentence was "okay let's be serious now"

Anyway, to the thread starter yes go to your modem ip address and post your down stream and upstream levels

Usually the default IP for the Modem is 192.168.100.1. Type that into your internet browser.

The default login should be admin. Password is either password or admin.
