billcline Posted May 17, 2017 Posted May 17, 2017 Can't access the settings to fix it. So annoying. Just loads and loads and loads. I don't have any need for a PC so I use my phone's browser. I've used chrome and Firefox. Same results. I'm stuck with the same settings and can't adjust anything.
Netduma Staff Netduma Jack Posted May 17, 2017 Netduma Staff Posted May 17, 2017 What firmware version are you on? Make sure you don't have Port Forwarding and UPnP enabled at the same time since it can cause conflicts which can slow down the GUI. Which page specifically isn't loading? Have you got any other devices to access the Interface with?
ColonicBoom Posted May 17, 2017 Posted May 17, 2017 If you're not aware, you have to 'click' a lot of things (like the tabs) twice when using a phone browser. You do on Safari at least. Otherwise there must be a conflict, it works ok from my phone.

Zennon Posted May 17, 2017 Posted May 17, 2017 Could you try turning the Netduma off at the wall for 5 minutes then starting it back up please. This gives any device time for the energy to dissipate from the board and RAM.

Current version Ah okay, I thought you meant a settings page specifically rather than the whole UI. Zennons advice above is definitely the first thing to try so let us know how that goes. It's also worth checking that your phone is definitely connected to the Netduma Wi-Fi.
