Settings on any page aren't saving

Recommended Posts

I was trying to get the vpn settings correct with no luck so i gave up and now no other settings will save.

Host filter doesn't save my location and can't get DNS to change from auto to manual to name the 2 that annoy me the most

I have cookies enabled and upnp ticked but they don't appear to work even after a factory reset

Edit: now i get Error loading misc page. Please post issue at forum.netduma.com

are you using google or firefox,if not then do so.

if you cannot access the misc page and click factory reset then unplug router for 5 mins and use a pin to push reset button in while you connect the power supply and hold reset button in for 30 seconds then release.

go to misc page and click enable cookies.

depending on your wan connection you may have to enter your pppoe login unless you are a cable customer or connected to a modem/router then do not enter anything into wan pppoe but disable ipv6 in wan, lan and misc.

let us know how it goes and once the connection is sorted we will concerntrate on the geo/host filtering.

They aren't saving after what?

Do you mean after you leave the page, after you log out or the router, after you unplug it..?

Once you've set everything up and enabled cookies, you should reboot from miscellaneous settings to lock them in.

If you've factory reset it then you'll have to go back to the start and set it up again, then enable cookies and reboot from miscellaneous settings.

After pulling the power out as BIG_DOG suggested it now works not sure why it didn't the other 2 times.

if you alter any dns settings and it is connected to a modem/router then any dns changes should be done on that device. dns settings should only be altered on the duma if it connected to a modem.

I had issues when altering dns on my duma when it was connected to my draytek 2760 combi but when i got my draytek 130 modem and applied my own dns to the duma all was fine.
