Those are some serious spikes. I would assume something wrong with your ISP. Either a bad cable or bad signal. Post your modem signal page.

Regardless of your internet diagnostics you're not using anti-flood and you don't have the Geo-filter enabled so it's basically behaving like a normal router at the moment apart from hyper traffic.

Power levels look fine from the modem. I would still get the 7610 because the 7620 has a buggy chip which will make your netduma slow down to a crawl eventually. It's not going to fix your ping issue which seems like it's coming from your ISP.

You can test this by using pingplotter on a wired PC for at least a day.

ok ill do that when i do the test can i still use the internet with it testing. And  if the issue could be coming from my ISP should i call them and if i  do what should i say because i don't want them to act like i don't know what im talking about

hi mod so i went ahead and called my isp they found a lose cable but fixed it i also now have a new modem the tp-7610 . But the spikes are still not good so im at a dead end what could i do the guy even said that it could be the netduma which i still said no that i didnt think that was the case i was like a lot of other people use and it works great. But he went on and said maybe it needs any up date every thing is good on there end and that's all they can do.

ISP will always blame everything else except for their network. You need to run pingplotter and gather information. I had to fight with Comcast for 2 years before my problems were fixed the right way.

LOL you have alot to learn my friend... First who is your ISP?

Second, when you call you're talking to level 1 support... someone who literally knows absolutely nothing about the internet or networking. They read off a script and if the script can't help then they offer to send a tech out to "fix" the problem.

You need to talk to people higher up. This isn't going to happen by simply calling their 1-800 number. I did this by demanding to talk to supervisors, emailing my ISP area managers directly, flagging down trucks working in the area and asking to talk to their bosses, twitter support, and DSLReports ISP forum.

If I spoke to someone who I felt didn't know anything, I'd question if they even knew what ping or packet loss was? When they were stuttering on the phone like the babbling idiot they are I'd tell them they aren't qualified to talk to me and I want to talk to their supervisor. Working my way up the chain until I got my issue fixed TWO YEARS LATER.

Basically what I'm saying is good luck lol they don't care, but if you annoy them enough they'll do their job.

As you can see on the DSLreports forum they offer no direct support.. Luckily that's how I was able to talk to someone and get my issue fixed after a long fight.

Lol. Man tell me about it. I remember one of the members blatantly said some negative stuff to me about some results I had about ping and wanted some simple answers and he flat out wasn't helpful at all. See can't get help from their forums smh.
