Dorsedia000
I can't seem to access 192.168.88.1 or http:/R1 while connected to the netduma wifi. I also can't seem to surf the web either it just says offline. I tried unplugging the router but it didn't work however I didn't tried reset because I don't know what would happen if I done that so I left it be. It could be the fact that I got a new router a little while ago but I'm not for certain. I really need help please.
ColonicBoom
Plug an ethernet cable into it if you can't access it over wifi. You can factory reset from 'miscellaneous settings' if you need to set it up as new. When you say you got a new router... You didn't just unplug the old router, while leaving the Netduma on, and plug the new one in, did you? You probably just need to turn them all off for 5 minutes, then turn them on one at a time in the right order (the one that receives the signal from the modem first, then the next, etc). XSXS
I would reset your modem first, wait 30 seconds and then plug in the Netduma and see if that fixes your issues
Dorsedia000
Ok my problem is resolved! So I reset my netduma and unplugged it and my home router for about five minutes. I then plugged in my home router first then netduma. Now I can access the interface and surf the web. Thanks everyone.
