You shouldn't need to reset the router to solve this; that Misc error only really appears when your Internet has dropped out. (See above for evidence!) When connected to a PC / Laptop via Ethernet, do you have Internet access? Are you trying to access the interface wired or wireless? Have you correctly inputted the password (which after the factory reset will now be "netdumar1"), and correctly configured your ISP?

Were you trying to access the misc settings through the console browser? If so, I would recommend using a wired PC / Laptop with Google Chrome / Firefox to access the interface. Could you tell me your setup? For example: ISP Hub -> Netduma -> All Devices. Let me know what modem you're using.
