netduma not getting internet

Here is when it started The power went out a couple of days ago. Now when I search of networks on my laptop it comes up but when I join I don't get any internet.

Try disabling the WIFI work-around, goto Settings>Miscellaneous> and untick WIFI Work-Around.(From raddy1993)

 

If you're connecting wirelessly. If not you may need to go through the tour and restart everything from the beginning. I had to once when I used the rest button on the back.

Do you get an internet connection when wired?

 

Also can you access the Netduma dashboard - if you can is there an number in WAN IP which can be found in the devoce manager.

 

If not, restart the Netduma and your modem, leaving the modem on for 30 seconds before switching the Netduma back on.

Hi griff have you managed to get wifi connected yet? You may not have Internet but can you confirm that the password works?

 

Also can you try wired and see if you get Internet that way. Based on the answers to those two questions we can assist further
