cranium2001
Try disabling the WIFI work-around, goto Settings>Miscellaneous> and untick WIFI Work-Around.(From raddy1993) If you're connecting wirelessly. If not you may need to go through the tour and restart everything from the beginning. I had to once when I used the rest button on the back. Netduma Staff Netduma Crossy Posted May 18, 2015 Netduma Staff Share Posted May 18, 2015 Do you get an internet connection when wired? Also can you access the Netduma dashboard - if you can is there an number in WAN IP which can be found in the devoce manager. If not, restart the Netduma and your modem, leaving the modem on for 30 seconds before switching the Netduma back on.
