ezzzekiel Posted January 11, 2017 Posted January 11, 2017 finally figured out how to set my sip router to bridge mode (to act as a modem only) but after turning on bridge i lose all internet connection, which i think is poss down to username pass combo. am i missing something somewhere?
Netduma Staff Netduma Jack Posted January 12, 2017 Netduma Staff Posted January 12, 2017 So you have your ISP connected to the Netduma via Ethernet (Port 1 to port 1)? When you connect your Netduma to a PC through a wire, do you have internet access? Can you access the interface? You need to input the password / username in the PPPoE section of the Netduma interface. What makes you believe those are incorrect?
ezzzekiel Posted January 12, 2017 Author Posted January 12, 2017 Yeah where is the ppoe section on the netduma as cant find it Thnx
PharmDawgg Posted January 12, 2017 Posted January 12, 2017 Yeah where is the ppoe section on the netduma as cant find it Thnx Go under Settings>WAN on the Netduma gui. It is at the top of the page.
ezzzekiel Posted January 14, 2017 Author Posted January 14, 2017 Now i look stupid, put details in wan section and it wirked instantly. Also noticed an immediate improvement in game as previously i could not vote for a map between games screen would just hang until next game started ( if that makes sense) but now its working spot on. One more issue i have now is that i cant log into isp router using default ip address anymore, im assuming its ip has been changed from default and i dont know how to find it. Otherwise thnx a bunch
Administrators Netduma Fraser Posted January 15, 2017 Administrators Posted January 15, 2017 Search the model you have followed by bridge mode, should have a tutorial and tell you how to access it's interface
