Netduma Staff Netduma Jack Posted December 29, 2016 Netduma Staff Share Posted December 29, 2016 If you tell us what game you're playing this will make more sense, and other Netduma users might have some advice. The game is at fault here; the game servers for your country might be down, or they might have changed them. You will still be getting better games than you would without a Netduma, whether they are outside your zone or not. High ping is the main cause of lag, and your ping assist is configured to connect you to low ping games. Even if they are outside the radius, your game should still be miles better. We need to know what game you are playing otherwise we can't give you server advice.
Enrix
Please I need a solution, I'm tired of playing with bad line, after buying the netduma r1 Quick suggestion: disable strict mode, set Ping Assist to 50ms and radius to 1000km at least (but not more than 2500-3000). You should not have bad games If you keep having bad connection in games it may not be a Netduma problem!

Administrators Netduma Fraser Posted December 30, 2016 Administrators Share Posted December 30, 2016 You don't have the Geo-filter enabled. You need to click the 'enabled' checkbox. You should also be using the Xbox Live service not the advanced ports. This will explain your issue.

Dillinger
And when you turn the Geo Filter on (you need to click ENABLED) you want to move PING ASSIST to ZERO if you only want to connect to hosts INSIDE your Geo-Filter. This thread is a good reason why we ask for these easy pieces of information so we can provide assistance. Pictures and information help us, help you. Dillinger
Guess I don't understand the question at this point. In this image (https://gyazo.com/5c...b81256aea5c1245) that you posted, here is what I see: 1) Your PING ASSIST is set at 41ms. You are telling the software you will accept ANY host, ANYWHERE in the world, that gives you less than a 41ms response. 1a) You have to set PING ASSIST to ZERO if you only want to connect INSIDE your Geo-Filter 2) The large red circle is the host and is inside the Geo Filter. It would appear this is your host, so perhaps you are only in a lobby at the time of this image. 3) The red nuclear symbols are DEDICATED SERVERS - The Netduma has zero control over where the games decide to purchase server space. These appear to be outside of your country, but close by. 4) The padlocks are other dedicated servers that are BLOCKED because they do not fit the criteria YOU have specified (see 1a above) 5) The yellow triangles with the [ ! ] in them are hosts that you have blocked.
