Host filtering cant Ping

Something went wrong when trying to ping. Please make sure no devices are VPN'd and that your firewall isn't blocking the ping result. When im playing a game in comes up with this like every 20 seconds or so and im wondering if you could help me,

Try turning off 'Auto-Ping Host'.

 

Then manually ping the server if you want to know.

 

edit - and obviously check that nothing is VPN'd too.

As CB suggested above I would just add if you go to VPN tick it then click apply, then untick it and hit apply it sorts it out.

Theres also a problem with the vpn page where it just freezes and wont let click anything.

Make sure you're using Google Chrome or Firefox and that you're on the default theme on the router instead of V2.

It is on the default theme and its still freezing i have tried both firefox and chrome and for both it freezes and its just on the vpn page

can you open the developer toolkit (in chrome F12) and then go to console?

Are you trying to use the VPN at all or does it just happen regardless?

It just happens regardless its after a few seconds it just freezes the page but chrome still works. If i open another browser

If you hard refresh the page does it load properly? Ctrl + F5 (Win), Cmd + R (Mac)
