Bufferbloat A+ , 12 ms Ping

I have an Adsl 20/1 , in a Milan Dedis (12 ms) my hit marked is terrible..

There is only my Ps4 and laptop connected..

CC are setting to 52 dwn and 30 up..

Which could be the problem??

Much to low on the upload for 1mb up try 70 - 80

 

Or turn off your laptop and select 100 for both if there is nothing but the console online as the console alone would never create buffer bloat gaming.

Try the above but 12ms is a fantastic ping, probably the best you would get so shouldn't play terribly

So if only the console is connected to the duma, you dont get bufferbloat? I didnt know that

With your upload settings you are just about fine to game but if the game needs more it will cause issues. Would recommend the settings that Zennon suggested.
