So I've recently switched ISP to BT and I have the smart hub, I run a speed test on my PS4 and I have nat type 2 but on cod it says moderate. One of my online friends cannot connect to me at all. I've tried dmz on my ISP hub and other things but I still have moderate, any help would be appreciated

follow this thread and leave the netduma in the bt hub dmz. you are obviously not following all my instructions as we both have EXACTLY the same isp and same equipment......the reason for DMZ is it auto opens ALL ports! so try this!

Firstly please only make one thread for your issue. Making more does not make getting support easier or faster. In fact it makes it harder given there will be different suggestions spread across your 6 threads. I have closed all other threads and included the same instructions in each.

I don't do a 1 on 1 unless I have specifically asked you to post in the section.

What you need to do:

R1 in DMZ on smart hub

UPnP disabled on smart hub

Port forwarding disabled on smart hub

UPnP forwarding disabled in duma misc settings

Use UPnP OR port forwarding, not both. If you choose port forwarding then do this:

  • TCP: 80, 443, 465, 983, 1935, 3480, 10071-10080
  • TCP and UDP:  3658, 3478-3479, 5223, 10070, 3074

Once that's done you'll need to add your friend to your allow list: http://support.netduma.com/support/solutions/articles/16000022357--with-the-geo-filter-how-do-i-play-with-friends-

Apologies I've been ill so hard to remember what I said before. If you try the above that should get you sorted. Otherwise let me know dates/times you're available.

Hope you are feeling better amigo!
