I think you are talking about having an ip of 192.168.88.X vs 192.168.1.X these are just subnets...i have 3 in my house...the don't mean a lot it is just the address to your internal network.

Not having internet is weird but by the sound of it your ISP modem is an all-in-one router modem combo thing...you'll want to put that into bridge mode.

If you are talking about on the Device Manager page if you have two routers the WAN IP should be something like

WAN IP: 192.168.2.2

this is normal...and fine although yours will be 192.168.1.X, like i said this is just an IP it doesn't really matter unless you are trying to talk between two subnets in the same house...

Common Subnets:

192.168.1.X

192.168.2.X

10.0.0.X (Apple)

192.168.100.X

Netduma uses 192.168.88.X

but these numbers can be an octet:

[0-254].[0-254].[0-254].[0-254]

read more here: https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/IPv4

So is the issue that you cannot access the internet from the netduma? if yes, please try putting the other router in bridge mode (DMZ at minimum)

The 88.1 address is the correct one to access the duma on. It sounds like you may require PPPoE authentication. Look on your ISP hub interface for PPPoE and if it contains a username/password. If so then you will need to input this into the duma WAN settings and apply. Then reboot the hub & duma and you should have an internet connection.

The isp name is ORANGE ( french) , what do you mean by model number ?

look on the ISP hub it should have a model number on it somewhere.  I need that information to give you more specific instructions:

Here are the instructions i found without the above model number:
