Whoa there, no need to be rude. Follow the instructions here and see if that helps.

Just curious, does this cover or have information on OPEN NAT while 2 XB1s are online at the same time? I've had this router for a bit now, however been using a different router for testing purposes since there was been an introduction of a 2nd XB1 on the system. I'm planning to put the R1 back online as the main host router and hope that both XB1s will get Open NAT in the Dashboard and BO3. I currently get OpenNAT on both using a different router.

Please let me know if there is a specific FAQ or forum thread for this. Thank you for your time.

I don't think there is one for that but if you make a thread someone might be able to explain how :)

Follow the link Crossy posted and it will get you sorted out.

And you can't blame the router if you don't follow the instructions to set it up properly, the router will give you an open NAT.What you're experiencing now is called OPERATOR ERROR

And nice first post BTW,it's definitely a good way to introduce yourself to the forum...
