Shane
Hi guys, I'm literally at my wits end with this port forwarding! No matter what I do I can never get an open NAT across both consoles without having to disable the ports for one console before I can play the other(and even then it sometimes does not work). Even now as I type this, I have disabled all the Xbox One ports while I play Black ops 3 on PS4 and the NAT is STILL moderate/strict even though it's normally open. I literally just do not know what do. I've put the Duma into the DMZ of my BT Home Hub 3 and turned off the wireless so literally the only thing connected to it is the Duma via Ethernet. Also... If I'm manually forwarding ports, should I have UPNP Disabled or Enabled?
Administrators Netduma Fraser Posted June 19, 2016 Administrators Share Posted June 19, 2016 Have you set a static IP for each device? Are you playing wired or wireless? What does it say on the consoles network settings? Ensure UPnP & port forwarding is disabled on your hub as well.

Ensure UPnP & port forwarding is disabled on your hub as well. Playing Wired All devices have static IP's As of right now, I have managed to get an Open NAT on both of them by disabling UPNP on the Duma and manually port forwarding the required ports. UPNP and Port forwarding is disabled on the BT Home Hub 3 Tried to join an Xbox Live Party last night and got the 'Your network settings are blocking party chat'. I'll have to try that again tonight after work.
Administrators Netduma Fraser Posted June 20, 2016 Administrators Share Posted June 20, 2016 Okay that's good! That block, have you added your friends to your allow list? http://wiki.netduma.com/doku.php?id=adding_friends_to_your_allow_list If you have, does anything appear blocked on the map? Okay, so, as of right now everything seems to be running good. Both Consoles have Open NAT, currently in party chat on Xbox One and haven't had a disconnect. Fingers crossed everything stays okay.
