A7Legit
I've been trying to save profiles to my Netduma R1 yet they will not save, all I get is this same error... I've rebooted multiple times and still no go... P.S. I'm not trying to import anything, I'm trying to save...

RADDY1993
I used to get it also, i now just click it again and it works. I think its the Hyper-Lane option thats doing it maybe try removing your Device from the Hyper-Lane option before you apply a profile.
fakkel
Just load a standard profile and after that try to save yours.

I had trouble with the hyperlane causing clashes when loading a profile - because it was already there it didn't seem to like loading the same thing on top of it. Yes me also but if you just click apply again straight after the error it seems to work.

Administrators Netduma Fraser Posted June 13, 2016 Administrators Share Posted June 13, 2016 Try the above advice to see if that resolves it. It's most likely erroring because you're trying to save something that hasn't changed, e.g. saving hyper traffic when there isn't a device selected. It's most likely erroring because you're trying to save something that hasn't changed, e.g. saving hyper traffic when there isn't a device selected. None of the above worked and I tried saving with and without hyper-traffic (selected).
Administrators Netduma Fraser Posted June 14, 2016 Administrators Share Posted June 14, 2016 Un tick all the save options for Geo-filtering service, device prio etc. Everything that specifies a device then save. Does it work? If so then start adding one by one the saves for devices and see which one produces the error.
