Monzo
Does anyone know when 1.03.7 is coming out? if so or not, does anyone know what exactly is going to be in the new update? All I've heard is that Netduma is possibly gonna add something that helps with the lag compensation problem.. is that true?
Zennon
I read on Twitter that Iain is very happy with what he has been working on, there is no ETA for the firmware.
ImSallad
I'm still buzzing over the features they implemented into .6 but I have heard they're working on new stuff. I guess we'll just have to wait and see what info comes out in coming days/weeks/months!
A7Legit
According to Iain the fw will be 2.0.0. And by sounds of it an overhaul and a possible addition of command line for further user flexibility for those of us a little more proficient with OpenWRT/Linux. Monzo
So then there isnt gonna be a lag compensation fix? I thought that was for the big test we had the other day? for the lag compensation fix
A7Legit
So then there isnt gonna be a lag compensation fix? I thought that was for the big test we had the other day? for the lag compensation fix That remains to be seen, we don't know the results from the tests. If the Netduma team believes from their data that there's some sort of trend they'll do something to combat it.
Administrators Netduma Fraser Posted March 7, 2016 Administrators Share Posted March 7, 2016 In regards to an upgrade we no longer give out dates for when it may be released. As A7 said it will be 2.0 meaning there is a hell of a lot happening with it. The lag comp experiment wasn't necessarily to find a fix but more to find out exactly what the cause may be for it. Once we have analysed all the data we'll do a write up/video explaining it. Then it is dependent on that what happens next.

Dillinger
We won't know until it drops, but when a guy with a PhD and the brain matter that Iain has says "It's going to be groundbreaking" - I tend to listen and pay close attention.
