MrRelentlessUK
I am with sky, if you choose the fiber pro package then the support is really good compared to the standard fiber team, The fiber pro team (small team support) go out there way to help you and there's a few guys on the team that are gamers so know what you are talking about, They are based in Bulgaria but there English is perfect

BENORMOUS
Have you tried hard reset on hub and modemYes mate tried the reset holding the button in on the sky huh for 20 secondsWhen I got the openreach modem the first thing i did was press and hold the reset button and wait for the lights to flash then let it fire it back up,sr101 was also fully reset before putting it with the op modem I picked up the brand new sr102 last night from my friends house and plugged it in,instantly better hit detection and felt as though it got better the more I played but still very shakey in moments,I just don't flow around the map like others do smoothly
Zennon
Ben do you have your Xbox set to energy saver mode ? Just in case it's a cache issue. Shutting down fully is much better than sleep mode.
bagsta69
Like Zennon just said, before I even attempt to play Black ops I reboot router and PS4. Still get some pretty wacky games though. Really strange in the same lobby going 8-24 and 3 captures in Dom followed by a 37-24 and 10 caps the very next game. I think those scores speak volumes about the game. I personally have stopped really trying to much as the game is no longer competitive for me due to the results I experience above. I play HC pretty much all the time and at least 50% of the time it feels like I am playing core and the enemy are playing HC. It is what it is and there are I am sure many people playing the game with zero issues. However I did point out at launch that at around the 3 month mark black ops games go to shite for me and I have not been proven wrong.

It's on instant on mode I don't have it to fully shut down, tried clearing cache numerous times, its an issue on my line somewhere it's gotta be it's just finding it and proving it
Zennon
It is a long shot but I would set it to energy saving and fully cold boot. When you see the juddery game play start up ping plotter and see if there is anything your end happening.

You should be able to take the bottom half off and you will see the test socket, leave in there for a day or so and see if things improve. Undo the 2 screws: Then plug into Test Socket:
BENORMOUS
Yes bit that means I'll have to go through a micro filter doesn't it?I'm currently going through the top port on that faceplate with dsl cable straight into the modem or at least I was until I switched back to the sr102 last night

Also is that the main socket, and you could get a new VDSL plate and try that, i got one off ebay and it made mine a little better. My old one was MK2 and the newest one i got is MK3 whats yours.
