It can depend on your base ping/it's stability, the distance from you to the server as well as queuing on your end. Just click the blue upload images button (left center top). This will open a pop up that you can drag and drop, or browse and select images to upload. Once you submit for upload, it may take a few seconds, you will receive some codes on the right hand side for links. Copy the one that says BB Forum and paste here.
