I'm having trouble due to my internet server. company I can not acces to the main router. I asked my company to remotely put the Netduma mac address on DZM, but despite them telling me the operation is OK, the test page says that port 7777 is still closed 😢. Moreover, I'm runned out of free trials in that page 😢
Administrators Netduma Alex Posted November 12, 2019 Administrators Posted November 12, 2019 Right... I'm not sure if there's anything I can do. I'll ask the developers. Maybe it can be fixed remotely through teamviewer or something.
Grafti Posted November 12, 2019 Posted November 12, 2019 I think the problem is solved. After contacting my ISP SAT once again, they have made me some changes, and it seems that port 7777 is now open. Please, proceed
