Hi I've been waiting for the update to come and see if my r3 would work properly as currently it set aside due having all numerous issues if even after the new coming update it won't work I'm afraid I have to return mine too

Since day one I've ordered the R3 I've been having ping spikes issues I tried almost everything but there's seems to be no luck I tried updating it to .23 yet still I'm having the ping problem 
I'm been using xr1000 for almost 2 years I don't have any problem with that and currently still using it really a shame that waiting for the R3 so long and preording it only to be put aside due to software problems 
I've been in contact with @Netduma Frasersince December complaining about the ping issue

It has been requested yes, but it doesn't mean it will appear right away, the team priority will be to fix any bugs for the moment and then they'll get more games added

Think about it the other way.... Why do we need so much support?? Because of multiple issues that could/should have been tested thoroughly before being sold.
It feels the release was rushed to get out before Christmas and it feels we are ultimately beta testers for these faults. "Switch that function off to get something else to work"
I love the whole idea of Netduma but just feels a little broken. 

I'm using the r3 as main router and the isp as a bridge 
I will try the firmware provided and let you know if it worked

5ms is around what you could receive playing on LAN so the server would have to be very close to you for that to be accurate but if so, you're very lucky!

We haven't specifically tested any mobile games as far as I am aware so I will pass this on for the team to take a look into

I've sent you a DM with a confirmation. As you ordered yesterday you're quite far back in the queue so I would expect that it'll probably ship early next week

@Netduma Lew Can you add pubg mobile the options for pubg pc is there but not for pubg mobile

Just so everyone knows, the beta isn't yet available so once it is I'll add you all to the section so you can try it
