That's an anomaly you can ignore that, it does look like the Geo-Filter has been enabled after the game launch? You shouldn't see all servers with a white circle really

It doesn't matter really it just needs to be one of those, I just say PlayStation as it's the first available console option. You don't need to reboot, just ensure you've set up the Geo-Filter before launching the game client (e.g. Steam etc - make sure it's not just minimized to the System Tray) & game.

I would still recommend it, the services can get out of date very quickly so it's just easier for you this way

I have requested PUBG be added recently so it is on the list. I think it was removed because it wasn't able to be filtered

TheMW2Ghost reacted to Netduma Alex in NEW R3 FIRMWARE 4.0.41
    Hi everyone,
We have a brand new R3 firmware for you. It includes many important fixes based on the feedback we received since the launch, including addressing issues with Steady Ping and Geo-Filter 2.0 to make them more reliable. The full change log is provided at the bottom of this thread.
Over the next few days, you will be able to upgrade automatically by clicking on the 'Update Available' option in your user interface (both mobile and desktop). However, if you prefer, you can manually upgrade your R3 now using a PC or laptop by following these steps:
Download the attached upgrade file. Reboot your R3 - this is a one-off as this new firmware contains improvements to make manual upgrading smoother in the future. Go to the Netduma R3 user interface on your PC/laptop. Navigate to >Settings >Troubleshooting and then click Upload Firmware. Choose the file and then upload it. You'll need to wait a few minutes for the upload to complete.. If you upgraded to version 4.0.40 last week, we recommend upgrading to this new 4.0.41 as soon as possible. The previous firmware had a niche packet reordering bug affecting login issues for games like Fortnite. It also made Geo-Filter 2.0 less reliable. These issues are now fixed in the latest release.

    What's Next?
Good news: Hybrid VPN development is complete for the R3 and is now in testing. We've redesigned the frontend for Hybrid-VPN to make it easier and clearer compared to DumaOS 3. We're excited for you to try it out! In the next few days, we'll be moving it to closed beta testing, and if all goes well, we should have it with you very soon along with fixes to make Ping Optimiser run more reliably and improved IPv6 support.
Please continue to provide us with your feedback so we can keep making your R3 experience better and better.

    Changelog:
    Alternative download link.
Thank you for using the Netduma R3.

All you need to do is split the bands in WiFi settings and give it a slightly different name, you can keep the password the same then on the console connect to 2.4 instead

There will be times when the router isn't actually able to ping the server so if you see that message - could not ping server it's likely correct. It's more so an issue when it's trying to but is stuck loading as above.
I would say it stabilizing the ping successfully is the optimum outcome, though it may not always be possible - it's most successful on CoD and Halo in our findings. As people have mentioned to us, the increase in ping can be seen as an issue if you don't understand why it's happening. We'll likely look into disabling this by default and additionally trying to educate people on why it is a good thing in the tour for example.

The devs would like to organize a remote session to take a look at this issue with you further tomorrow, please follow these instructions:
Download Anydesk from here: https://anydesk.com/en-gb/downloads/windows Ensure you are connected to the R3 and on the router interface and are able to attempt game searches at the same time at the session Let us know here when you're ready tomorrow Me or dev will ask you to PM them the Anydesk ID at the top of the program

It showing higher is the work of Steady Ping, giving you a solid 18ms throughout the entire game absorbing those spikes/raises in ping that you see there so it doesn't affect you, giving you a more smooth experience. I will pass onto the team about it not always showing and we'll look into it, thank you for the report!

Is it possible to create lists in the Geo-Filter section?

sometimes I like to plau UK, other times I like to play, say, Poland servers. Having to keep drawing around specific places (using ping map to remember where the servers are, then coming back to geo-filter to draw) is a little bit tedious.

Would be nice to be able to have a little list of locations i can switch to-and-form
