I’ve had desync issues on PC since MW2019 and I just finally figured out what’s going on. 
 
In your Network Adapter settings, you can turn off a feature called Interrupt Moderation. This feature basically queues packets before sending them to ease the load on your CPU. But for gaming, you want your packets processed individually and very quickly. Disabling this feature does that. 
 
It’s very easy to do in Windows:
Device manager / Network adapters / Right click your adapter and go to Properties / Advanced / Select Interrupt Moderation / Select Disable on the right side from drop down menu.
You’ll  lose internet connection for a few seconds and then you’re good to go! 
 

XR1000 new update is so broken, have so many issues, so i downgraded to 1.0.0.49, so you guys should take the update down so no one have any issues! Thank you!

This is the only rule that turns red for me the other comes on and off randomly for a second or two?

wow i did this and noticed much lower ping. and hit registration became wayyy better! 
Im still using port forwarding/port triggering btw
