  1. Hi There, Clearly you're a bit annoyed about the whole situation, which is understandable. However, just to make things clear. We are not the same company as Netgear, the XR router series is collaboration between Netduma and Netgear. We informed customers that the XR series would not be getting DumaOS4 about a year ago. However, despite that we have tried and tried to get a final DumaOS 3.3 firmware including a bunch of bugfixes to XR1000 customers, like we have done with the XR700, XR500 and XR450 beta firmwares which you can find on this forum. Unfortunately, due to technical reasons its not as simple as just releasing a firmware for you to install otherwise we would have done so months ago. We require Netgear to provide us with a very specific firmware for this update, of which they have not had Netgear testing resources to put towards for months. Our software is ready and working, however the hardware waiting on Netgear. As a side note, the XR series will continue to be supported with new cloud updates for Geo-Filter and DPI compatability, we are not abandoning the products, they just won't receive DumaOS4.
  2. Just dropping a note in here for anyone following - the new Beta firmware will be next week. There was a couple of issues caught in SQA so we'll need to sort those first. Thanks for your patience.
  3. Hi There, I can see in the logs that when you plug in the ethernet cable, It often is unable to get a LAN IP. no address range available for DHCP request via br-lan We believe we've got a fix for this coming in the next Beta firmware (Hopefully Friday). I'll DM it over to you once we've got it and we can see if it fixes your issue. If you're interested it appears to be a race condition with the DHCP Server: https://openwrt.org/docs/guide-user/base-system/dhcp_configuration#race_conditions_with_netifd
  4. Sorry about the frustration. Have you been having the issues since you bought the R3? If theres a specific firmware which you remember having that didnt have the drops, I can get that one for you whilst we prep this new firmware. Are the drops happening over Wi-Fi as well? Or just the device wired into LAN?
  5. Hi there, Sorry about the delay. We're about to implement the fix into a public release firmware, but for now, i'd suggest giving this firmware a go. It's fixed the disconnections issue for most people. DumaOS-R3-4.0.402.sig
  6. Ah ok, yeah we dont have a DPI signature for Custom COD lobbies right now. We'll add one early next week for you guys
  7. Hi @Jermsz You're playing on PS5 right? We've been testing it here and its been OK for us so far. Are you using a VPN or gaming over Wi-Fi? are you playing custom lobbies? Is there anything strange / different about your connection / setup. Thanks
  8. Update: This firmware is now outdated, download the latest version here. Hi Everyone, We've got a new firmware for you guys. This one is a relatively smaller changelog than the previous one as we're currently in the process of finalising a few new features that will be coming in the next firmware. Changelog: COUNTRY SELECTOR You can now set your Geo-Filter radius using countries through the custom Geo-Filter radius. Geo-Filter 2.0 improvements Improved reliability of getting games inside your radius Memory usage improvements Improvements made to fix issues with the UI not loading Bugfix for SmartBOOST causing loss of total bandwidth speed over time. You can install the firmware via Settings > Troubleshooting > Upload Firmware, and upload the file. DumaOS-R3-4.0.290.sig EDIT: We will be pushing this via the One click update over the next week or so
  9. Hi @wmartin89 Just as a test, is it possible for you to disable IP6 on the WAN interface, enable UPNP and then reboot? Would just like to see if that fixes the NAT issue.
  10. @MovementI've DM'ed you
  11. @BrendenheoSorry, i missed your reply! I'll try and reproduce the issue here and see if we can get the fix in the next firmware
  12. Device prioritisation acts as an amplifier for prioritisations in the Actvities list, so you won't see it in Stats For Nerds
  13. @SlamchezMight be worth you trying the same thing in your setup as well. Just to see if this helps you out as well
  14. @SlamchezFeel free to reboot over the weekend if you get the same issue, as we wont be in the office.
  15. @SlamchezWe're still investigating at the moment, feel free to reboot for now!
